Location

The preHistoric Village is located on the north side of recrerational area Genneper Parks in Eindhoven.

You can reach the entrance of the historical park at the Boutenslaan 161B (postal code 5644 TV) by way of the side road along the Boutenslaan  (Thoroughway).

By car

Coming from N2:

On the N2, south of Eindhoven take Exit 33 (Waaltre / Valkenswaard), at the end of the Exit  take direction "Eindhoven". At the fourth traffic lights ( just after the Shell service station) take a left turn, to the Boutenslaan. Leave the main road immediately to the right for the side road parallel to the thorough way. Make a left turn under the tunnel (height 3,20m). Turn right after the tunnel and you will see the museum to your left!

Coming from the Thorough Way (in the vicinity of the Evoluon):

Follw the Thorough Way in southern direction  following Gestel/Stratum. After the Beukenslaan at the roundabout go straight ahead. Follow the Botenslaan which will merge into the Limburglaan. Straight ahead at the next Roundabout onto the Boutenslaan. After 850 meters take the side road on the right. After 160 meters you will find the parking lot of the museum. You can park there for free. The entrance of the museum is situated a hundred meters ahead on the right side.

Parking  The preHistoric Village has ample parking space. Parking on the public road near the museum is free. At larger events (such as the Viking event) there will guarded parking provided at the terrain of Driving School De Leeuw, directly next to the museum. On this enclosed terrain you can park your car the whole day until 30 minutes after closing of the museum, for only € 3.00. It is permitted to drop disabled people of at the entrance of the museum before parking your car.

Public Transport

Coming from Eindhoven, Central Station:

Bus line 317 (Dommelen), 319 and 319 (Luyksgestel), bus line 7 (Maxima Medisch Centrum). Exit at bus stop Boutenslaan, go toward the crossroads, turn right (side road Boutenslaan). Follow the signs. You will have reached the museum after about a six minute walk.
