Come and get swept into this world of magic. We have all kinds of exciting things waiting for you at a many-sided festival brimming with magic during the weekend of 23 & 24 September.
Magical people and more
What would you like to experience? Meet various artisans, traders and extraordinary witches. Watch historical crafts at the ancient farmsteads and farms and stroll by unique witches’ objects like herbs, paintings, books and more. We will shine a light on old and new witches, real witches and witches from literature and movies.
Breath-taking activities
Will you join us? There’s plenty to do! From a prehistoric ritual in the woods to dance workshops. Take a break with a lecture by a modern witch or sway across the museum to atmospheric music. Stroll along the stands and score real witches’ must-haves. Follow our Facebook page for the programme.

Route and parking
Parking is free near the preHistorisch Dorp. There’s ample space for cars at the parking space of the Leeuw Training centre, at Boutenslaan 161. It’s then a couple of minutes’ walk to the museum. If possible, don’t park near the houses in the neighbourhood.
If there’s no space left at this location, you can park at Anton Coolenlaan 5. From there, it’s a beautiful 15-minute stroll through the green zone Genneper Parken to get to the museum. Along the way, you will come across green pastures and wooded areas and can have a bite at Paviljoen Genneperparken or the city farm Genneper Hoeve.
